Tata Trusts Board will meet on October 10, sources have informed ET NOW. The upcoming meeting comes amidst reports of a rift among board trustees. Sources said that differences among trustees surfaced at the latest meeting on September. They said that differences are linked to appointments of new directors on the board of Tata Sons . Vijay Singh, a Trusts Director on the board of Tata Sons, had quit last month. Meanwhile, a report published in Economic Times on October said that government has taken note of the current rift at Tata Trusts Board. The report said that two senior Cabinet ministers will meet with four key officials of Tata Group this week in Delhi to discuss recent developments that have sparked concern.
