NEW DELHI, Oct 7: Japanese automaker Nissan will kickstart the resurgence of the brand in India with its entry into the fast-growing but highly competitive mid-size SUV segment next year with its new model Tekton, which will also be exported to other countries, top company officials said on Tuesday.
