A woman has turned 100 and revealed she spent years washing and ironing - for Depeche Mode. May O'Shea says she worked as a cleaner for the band - that sold 100 million albums. ‌

May recalled in the 1980s, when she was living in London, she got a job working with the group whose hits including "Just Can't Get Enough". She even still gets a Christmas card from them. ‌

May celebrated her 100th birthday on Friday with her family and friends at a care home in Port Glasgow in Scotland. Her son Jim said: "My mum saw an advert in the window of a newsagents looking for a cleaner and someone to wash and iron clothes. ‌

"She answered the advert and went to meet the people and it turned out to be Depeche Mode. My mum said they were great. She still gets a Christmas card fr
