A tiny home bakery in Glasgow's southside that scooped the title of 'Scotland's Best Croissant' has hinted it may be opening its first shop. ‌

Operating from a domestic kitchen in Glasgow, Maple Leaf Bakery has amassed a devoted fanbase thanks to its extensive range of baked treats , including its prize-winning croissants. ‌

Working from her compact home kitchen, Maple Leaf Bakery owner Rebecca Slade prioritises quality above quantity, producing limited batches with a commitment to time-honoured methods and premium ingredients. ‌

This approach saw her triumph in a fresh contest to find 'Scotland's Best Croissant' last year, with organisers The Edinburgh Butter Company thrilled to hand her the accolade.
