The Supreme Court has asked the Election Commission of India to provide details of 3.66 lakh voters excluded from Bihar ’s final electoral roll following the Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR), ahead of the assembly elections scheduled in two phases on November 6 and 11. The bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi directed the EC to submit comparative data on excluded voters by October 9.
