New Delhi: Lashkar-e-Taiba’s (LeT) deputy chief and Pahalgam terror attack mastermind Saifullah Kasuri has issued an open threat to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CNN-News18 reported.

In a video message accessed by the television channel, Kasuri has accused India of engaging in “water terrorism.” ADVERTISEMENT

The video is being circulated on Pakistan-based online platforms, which are banned in India.

Kasuri claimed to act in the name of “flood relief work”, and openly vowed to avenge recent floods which devastated parts of Pakistan.

One of LeT founder Hafiz Saeed’s closest aides, Kasuri claimed that India is “doing water terrorism”, alleging that New Delhi deliberately caused flooding in Pakistan through “uncontrolled water release.”
