New Delhi, Oct 7: With the Bihar Assembly elections officially announced, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday exuded confidence about returning to power in the state, asserting that the people of Bihar will once again place their trust in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
