Stunning new and extended family homes are the three finalists for the Small Residential Scheme of the Year title in the 2025 ProCon Leicestershire property and construction awards.

The homes in Quorn, Diseworth and Rothley are competing in this category, one of nine in this year's 22nd ProCon Leicestershire Awards.

After previously renovating and extending their home, a self-building couple wanted a bespoke dwelling created in their substantial garden.

A creative design approach was required to access the plot without compromising the existing dwelling. This was achieved via the purchase of an adjacent site.
