Lansdowne, MD – An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old outside Lansdowne High School earlier this year, bringing a major break in a months-long investigation.
Baltimore County Police announced Monday that Challah Haywood, 18, has been taken into custody and is being held without bond for the March 4 shooting that claimed the life of the teenage victim.
