New Delhi: A song from Zubeen Garg’s last Assamese film Roi Roi Binale was released on YouTube by its makers on Tuesday. Titled Mur Mon , the song, which talks of love and heartbreak, is part of the movie set to release on 31 October. The lyrics and music are also given by Garg. Meanwhile, the Assamese icon has also been paid tributes from across the border in Pakistan. They chose Ya Ali to remember the iconic singer who died on 19 September.

“Today, I feel both overjoyed and in deep pain that I had the honour of singing this song. I urge everyone to shower their love on this film, and also unite to demand for justice,” commented singer and Garg’s close associate Sweety Das. She was referring to the ongoing CBI investigation into Garg’s death in Singapore.
