SRINAGAR : In a significant gesture of support to flood and landslide-affected farmers in Jammu and Kashmir, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday released in advance the 21st instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme.
