Frank was born November 10, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois. Frank’s career was as diverse as it was impactful; he will be remembered as a voice that brought sports to life as a broadcaster on sports radio and as a figure of fairness and integrity as a TSSAA football official for over twenty-five years. His love for the game was only matched by his commitment to the players and the sports community. Beyond the football field, Frank served diligently over the C.I.A.
