CINCINNATI —

Historic riverboats are starting to arrive in Cincinnati for the America's River Roots Festival.

It will feature more than 175 brunch, lunch, dinner and sightseeing cruises, parades and races.

Riverboats are already arriving ahead of the festival.

The Belle of Louisville, the Three Rivers Queen from Pittsburgh and the Natchez Steamboat from New Orleans have all already made their way to the riverfront.

The festival kicks off Thursday and ends Sunday afternoon.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and former senator Rob Portman will join other state and regional dignitaries to kick off the festival Tuesday afternoon, marking the official start to the nation's America250 celebration.
