Henry Ford Health issued a cease-and-desist letter to a Texas-based anti-vaccine nonprofit organization over claims it is spreading "false, misleading, and defamatory statements."

The Detroit-based health system says allegations made in the Informed Consent Action Network's film, "An Inconvenient Study," is spreading false information about invalidated vaccine research.

The research, the anti-vaxx nonprofit says, suggests vaccinated children are more likely develop chronic diseases than those who are unvaccinated. Henry Ford says the methodology and data were flawed.
