TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department has identified the man who died in an industrial accident on Monday evening.

Omar Quihui, 26, was identified as the victim in the accident.

PCSD said on Oct. 6 around 5:30 p.m., San Xavier District deputies responded to a report of an industrial accident in the area of 9300 South Swan Road.

Deputies found Quihui beneath a concrete mixer, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. PCSD said the incident happened in a work-related setting.

Detectives from PCSD's Traffic Unit and Forensics Unit were on-site to gather evidence and document the scene.

The accident remains under investigation, with no signs of suspicious or criminal activity reported, according to PCSD.
