You're never too old to live out your dreams, and Tom Cillo is proof.

Cillo, a 58-year-old Pennsylvania native and father of three, signed up to play college football after retiring and is now a defensive lineman at Lycoming College.

“People think I’m crazy for trying this,” Cillo said, appearing on TODAY with Jenna and Friends with co-host Willie Geist on Oct. 7 to speak about his surprising new chapter.

Cillo worked for the city of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, for the duration of his 33-year career. “Retirement did hit me. All of a sudden, after the same duties for 33 years now, I have all this free time on my hands, And I don’t know if I necessarily liked it,” he said.
