OSCODA – A win over a rival. A key North Star League Big Dipper victory. Oscoda volleyball accomplished both thanks to their victory over visiting Tawas Area on Tuesday, Sept. 30, as they outlasted the Lady Braves in four tight sets, 25-22, 25-21, 21-25 and 25-23.
“Every conference win is a good win,” Oscoda head coach Melissa Curley said. “We knew this one was going to be a very competitive and both teams played really well.”
Even with the loss, Tawas wasn’t too disappointed in how things went; especially considering just how well played of a volleyball match it was.
