Two teenagers were charged with murder after a 4-year-old and an 18-year-old were gunned down and killed in a drive-by shooting at Detroit's Skinner Playfield in June.

Authorities say one of the suspects was mad that his ski mask was ripped off his face on a bus on the day of the shooting.

It was Brandon Lee Ware, 18, who shot the fatal rounds, the prosecution alleges, and his friend William McKinley Wheeler, 19, aided and abetted the killings as the driver.
