PORTSMOUTH — Seventy-five gallons of motor oil, diesel fuel and hydraulic oil spilled onto an Interstate 95 on-ramp after an Oct. 6 rollover crash now under investigation, according to New Hampshire State Police .
The 71-year-old driver, a Readfield, Maine resident, was hospitalized with minor injuries and cited for negligent driving by state police.
The on-ramp from the Portsmouth traffic circle to I-95 northbound was shut down by authorities for approximately five-and-a-half hours after the incident involving a tanker truck, police said.
