WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The man accused of barricading himself in a residence attic with a firearm on Oct. 6 was arraigned on Tuesday, according to court records.

33-year-old Tyler Bagley was charged with domestic felony assault, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence, and two counts of domestic disorderly conduct.

Police responded to a home on Blake Street around 12:30 a.m. after receiving a 911 call claiming an occupant was in possession of a firearm and acting belligerently.

The 911 caller, the suspect’s sister, and two residents exited the building per police request.

According to police, Bagley refused to exit the home and barricaded himself in the attic of the home with a firearm.
