A permit was filed Monday with the city of Reno for a Costco Wholesale store in south Reno.

The pre-planning application permit lists an address of 14450 S. Virginia St., on the corner of South Virginia Street and Geiger Grade Road, east of Shayden Summit Reno mall.

The permit includes construction of a “large retail establishment,” a gas station and car wash on 161,553 square feet of land.
