Baylor launches exchange program with Teamworks Influencers to expand NIL opportunities

WACO, Texas — Baylor University has announced a new partnership and exchange program to further NIL opportunities for student-athletes.

According to the university, the Baylor NIL Exchange is a partnership with Teamworks Influencer, a brand-building and NIL business management app, that is intended to provide a "customized, free portal for student-athletes and commercial entities" to help locate and fulfill market-based NIL opportunities.

Through the new platform, Baylor says registered businesses and individuals can interact, negotiate and complete NIL transactions with a complete database of Baylor student-athletes.

According to Baylor, businesses can use the platform to create a transaction that directly pays the athlete without transaction fees and automates a compliance disclosure.
