MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Six people have been arrested following a major drug bust that spanned several months in Myrtle Beach.

The case began after the Myrtle Beach Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit came across packages containing marijuana.

Following a controlled delivery, Myrtle Beach police, along with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, executed a search warrant at a warehouse on Enterprise Avenue.

The search revealed what appeared to be a distribution center inside the warehouse, officers say.

According to MBPD, officers recovered approximately 38 pounds of marijuana, 148 loose pre-rolled suspected marijuana cigarettes, 153 boxes/jars of pre-rolled suspected marijuana, 456 boxes of THC vapes, and 232 packages of THC gummies.
