About a dozen residents of west Joplin spoke to the Joplin City Council Monday night opposing a plan to build multiple apartment buildings in their neighborhood.
Developer Rick Benson of RBC Enterprises applied for voluntary annexation into the city limits for property located at the southeast corner of Adobe Lane and Country Club Drive, north of 32nd Street. He also seeks an R-3 apartment house zoning designation. ×
