Lilly Contino is a TikTok influencer who is known for her videos about her gender transition and experiences with being misgendered.

The San Francisco-based content creator, who goes by “ lillytino ” on the app, often does live streams while dining in restaurants and has gone viral for videos in which she gets misgendered by wait staff.

Amid backlash for her videos, Lilly announced a social media break on July 2, 2025. Three months later, she has returned to TikTok and says that she will have a new attitude moving forward.
