Jim Acosta and Molly Jong-Fast spoke Tuesday about ongoing political turmoil, mocking Secretary of State Marco Rubio and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller over their chances to succeed President Donald Trump.
Jong-Fast ripped Miller, saying he "sounds nuts" and that he "spends almost all of his time on Twitter" — a trait the Trump administration likes.
In a nearly hour-long interview for "The Jim Acosta Show" on Substack, the pair joked about how Miller's wife called him "a sexual matador," discussed the ongoing government shutdown, the Jeffrey Epstein files, President Donald Trump's latest antics, and more.
They teased how the administration is packed full of aspiring political hopefuls, specifically naming Vice President JD Vance, Miller and Rubio.
"In case you're wondering, Marco, it's never going to be you, baby! Never!" she exclaimed.
"They ain't going to let that happen," quipped Acosta.
"No way. But there's a succession battle going on. Maybe it'll be Eric. We don't know how it's going to go," Jong-Fast said. "But the people who are the most ambitious are really online all the time. And that's Stephen Miller — it's never going to be you, Stephen Miller — And JD Vance. And they are just posting up a storm. Yeah. Well, and Stephen Miller, he sounds insane. He literally, I mean, more than Trump, more than any of them, more than Pam Bondi."
Jong-Fast also joked he could use some medication.
"I just think a little bit of Prozac," she said.
