DANVILLE — A group calling itself the "Concerned Citizens of Montour County" has for more than a month speculated that Talen Energy plans to build a data center in the northern section of the county.

Montour County Planning Director Greg Molter on Tuesday confirmed Talen officials discussed two potential projects at a July meeting: a power station expansion and a data center.
