MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say one man was treated for non-life threatening injuries after a shooting on the city's east side.

Around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to Trafalger Place near Kurt Drive, about two blocks north of Milwaukee Street.

One man was hit by gunfire, according to an incident report from the Madison Police Department.

Police say it appears to be a targeted incident.
