The lyrics appear to illustrate criticism for the rise in ICE raids.

The country music star references Immigration Customs and Enforcement, posting “the fading of the red white and blue.”

“ICE is gonna come bust down your door. Try to build a house, no one builds no more,” the lyrics state.

“Well I got a telephone, kids are all scared and all alone. The bars start bumping, the rocks start rolling, the middle finger’s rising and it won’t stop showing, got some bad news.”

Tricia McLaughlin, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs, took exception to the Grammy-winning star’s music.
