WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Three Wichita City Council seats are on the ballot this cycle, with District 6's Maggie Ballard running for re-election against challengers Margaret Wheeler Shabazz and Brett Anderson.

Voters will have the opportunity to hear from the candidates directly at a forum scheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Evergreen Community Center and Library, 2601 N. Arkansas.

The event will provide a platform for the candidates to discuss their positions on various issues important to the community.

The forum will also be accessible to a broader audience through a live stream on KSN.com.
