SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall has declared a state of emergency after weekend storms in the Rose Park neighborhood.
The order lasts for 30 days and helps the city and Salt Lake County request financial aid, buy materials, and possibly help Rose Park residents with state or federal assistance if those options are made available.
