Clearsprings Ready Homes, a company that provides accommodation for asylum seekers, has made nearly £187 million (nearly ₹ 2,000 crores) in profits since securing government contracts, despite allegations of poor living conditions at the hotels it uses, according to a report by the BBC.

Clearsprings is one of three firms with 10-year contracts from the Home Office to provide asylum seeker accommodation.
