DES ARC, Ark. - A line of people shuffles in the doors of Guess and Company in Des Arc, shopping for Christmas cheer in early October.

"I drove from Batesville, Mississippi — which is two and a half hours,” one shopper said.

Shoppers come in from across the country for the exclusive shopping experience taking place in the 16,000-square-foot warehouse.

Des Arc native Paul Guess is the owner. He said the warehouse first opened its doors nine years ago.

"I never thought in a million years that this is what Guess N Company would be,” Guess said.

Now hundreds of shoppers flood the halls with boughs of holly every year.

Lori Coxtoups drove in Louisiana, and said shopping in the warehouse was on her bucket list.”
