HUMMELSTOWN — The last time Lower Dauphin girls volleyball were Mid-Penn Conference Keystone champions, Justin Bieber released his hit single “Baby,” the iPad was officially launched and the first picture was shared to Instagram.

It’s been 15 long years since the Falcons last held the Keystone title.
