COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Tavien St. Clair had his black stripe removed Tuesday, the program announced via social media.
The freshman quarterback was a former five-star prospect who signed as part of the Buckeyes’ 2025 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
St. Clair is a product of Bellefontaine, Ohio, where he attended Bellefontaine High School.
This season, St. Clair is serving as Ohio State’s third-string quarterback behind Julian Sayin and Lincoln Kienholz.
