Habib Bojang moved from Gambia to Indianapolis on May 12. He brought with him a love for soccer that made him a Christel House star.
Bojang lost his mother in 2016 and both his grandparents on the same day in 2021. The deaths gave him a why behind his passion.
Bojang didn’t have cleats, water, electricity or food at times growing up. He was still so talented at soccer that locals didn’t allow him to play in every game.
