Ahmedabad: A team from the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC), accompanied by police personnel, visited the Nutan Sarvodaya Society to take action against alleged illegal construction reportedly violating the Disturbed Areas Act. However, the team later returned after learning that the matter is currently under consideration by the Gujarat High Court.

The incident follows the issuance of a notice under Section 260(2) by the AMC on October 3, 2025. The property owner challenged the notice by filing a Special Civil Application before the Gujarat High Court.
