The Bombay High Court has ruled that actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra must first deposit Rs 60 crore if they want to embark on foreign tours.
The couple had earlier moved the high court seeking quashing of an Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against them. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have been under investigation after an FIR was lodged against them in an alleged fraud of Rs 60 crore.
A division bench of Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad was hearing the couple’s plea, which had given a proposed plan of foreign trips from October 2 to October 29 and then from December 20 to January 6, 2026.
