Inspired by "The Wizard of Oz," the restaurants feature red and yellow decor, with Ruby Slipper's famous hollandaise sauce symbolizing the "yellow brick road" and Dorothy's sparkly ruby red flats transforming into a spiky red stiletto on signs and menus.
