SRINAGAR : Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday accused the government of neglecting the concerns of locals in Jammu and Kashmir, alleging that land insecurity, loss of livelihoods, and cultural displacement have worsened since 2019.
