Additional resources are being planned for a Lincolnshire surgery after Spilsby Surgery welcomed back patients on Monday, October 6 following a week-long closure.
The after the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board announced on Monday, September 29, that GP partners could no longer provide care to patients.
However, the surgery and dispensary have reopened and are now being run by LADMS, which is registered with health watchdog CQC.
An update from the ICB states: "We are pleased to confirm Spilsby Surgery re-opened its doors on Monday 6 October, and had a successful first day. The local Co-op Pharmacy also had a positive day.
