Children from Edinburgh have teamed up with kids from Ireland for a "groundbreaking" project. The young people from the two countries collaborated on a unique rap song. ‌

Tinderbox Collective is a community of young people, musicians, artists and youth workers that is based in Scotland . Meanwhile, Kabin Crew is a young rap collective based out of Cork City's northside. ‌

The two groups recently joined forces for a song titled 'Meas Mór', which means 'Big Respect' in Gaelic . The track was written in both Scots and Irish Gaelic. ‌

'Meas Mór' is a celebration of Scottish and Irish culture and heritage . The song sees young people from Tinderbox Collective and Kabin Crew take turns dropping bars in their own native language.
