So, too, art emerges from the mind and heart of its creator, only to shapeshift into the soul of those who dare to dive inside.

Art has deep roots and our wings.

In that spirit, I simply submitted to Paul Thomas Anderson’s masterpiece “One Battle After Another” and let it take me wherever he wished.

Oh, what a ride.

“One Battle” is an ode to all revolutionaries, no matter whether their battles were won or lost. Anderson honors the spirit of those who took up their slingshots against giants.

The aftermath of fighting the good fight, in this tale and many others, is strewn with bodies of good people, who laid down their lives for their cause.
