Penny Lancaster has shared the tough undiagnosed health battle she faced as a young person.

The English model explained how school was no walk in the park for her with dyslexia - except she didn't know this was the condition she was suffering from at the time.

It was only later in life Penny realised the reason why she struggled in certain aspects was due to her dyslexia.

Dyslexia is a is a common learning difficulty that mainly causes problems with reading, writing and spelling, according to the NHS .

Penny has since spoken candidly about her early years in Essex, crediting her supportive parents for all their help when she was growing up.
