DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- The investigation into a fiery wrong-way crash on Interstate 70 in Huber Heights early Sunday morning continues.

During a press briefing Tuesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office suggested alcohol may have played a role in the "catastrophic" crash that left three people dead and another hospitalized.

"It is our job to go back 8-10 hours to determine everything that took place that led up to this fatal crash," said Chief Jeremy Roy, chief of staff with the sheriff's office. "At this point in the investigation, based on social media posts and video evidence, we have been able to track the at-fault driver to a local bar prior to the crash."
