EXCLUSIVE: Taylor Swift is a fan of Prime Video ’s The Girlfriend , and she’s not alone. The series has now topped the 25M viewer mark on the streamer, Deadline can reveal.

The psychological thriller is based on Michelle Frances’ novel of the same name and stars Robin Wright , Olivia Cooke and Laurie Davidson. It dropped on streaming on Sept 10, with Prime Video launching it across its worldwide footprint.

Deadline has seen the stats and as well as notching over 25M individual viewers globally, the drama has quickly become the number-one new scripted series on Prime Video in the UK.
