The cardiac surgery department of Himalayan Hospital, Jollygrant claimed to have successfully performed a high-risk heart surgery on a patient. The patient is now fully healthy and has returned home, the hospital authorities claimed.

Providing details, a cardiac surgeon at Himalayan Hospital, Dr Akshay Chauhan explained that Rakesh Panwar, a resident of Gram Nawagarh Gyansu, Tehri had come to the hospital with a severe heart condition. “Upon examination, it was found that he was suffering from Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm-a bulging of the large artery in the heart- and that both of his heart valves were damaged.
