Jammu, October 8: As part of the nationwide celebrations marking 90 glorious years of Akashvani, Akashvani Jammu today organised a special youth-centric event titled “Akashvani @90 Quiz” at the Central University of Jammu.

An official spokesperson said the programme sought to commemorate Akashvani’s rich legacy while fostering youth engagement, learning, and awareness about the evolving world of broadcasting.

The event was jointly organised by Akashvani Jammu and the Department of Mass Communication and New Media, Central University of Jammu, under the guidance of Sh. Abhay Singh S.D. Rajpoot, Head of the Department.

The quiz was conducted by Dr. Umesh Kumar as Quiz Master, with Sunaina Harit assisting as Researcher and Kumar Rishikesh serving as Scorer.
