A 15-year-old Pennsylvania girl said she accidentally shot her ex-boyfriend in the head with a gun she stole as they were lying on his bed — and left him to die alone in his apartment, according to cops.

Precious Hamilton is facing charges of third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter , possession of a firearm by a minor and carrying a firearm without a license in the death of 17-year-old Baseem "Seyven" Baker in Abington Township. Hamilton is being charged as an adult, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said .

Cops responded to an unresponsive person call around 5 p.m. Monday at an apartment building in the 100 block of Old York Road. They found Baker dead from a gunshot wound in his bedroom.

According to a probable cause arrest affidavit, Baker's mother said she left
