The Eloise Asylum in Westland was once a poorhouse, a psychiatric facility and a general hospital that housed thousands of patients.
At its peak, Eloise was a self-sufficient community spanning 900 acres with over 70 buildings.
Today, the remaining Kay Beard building is where the haunted attractions, historical tours, escape rooms and other activities are held.
